CALL FOR ABSTRACT and FULL TEXT

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

a. Submission of abstract and full text: Abstracts and / or full texts must be submitted online via the OrgChemTR-4 website after the completion of the registration process.

b. Confirmation of submission: After you submit your abstract and/or full text, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the title of your abstract and/or full text. You can re-enter the submission link at any time to view and edit your abstract and/or full text until the deadline date.

c. Topic: Submissions are welcome on topics related to Organic Chemistry. Please see the conference themes. After 15 August 2018, 23.59 hours, the abstracts and/or full texts will automatically be submitted to the OrgChemTR-4 abstracts database and no further changes will be possible.

d. Evaluation of presentations: All submitted abstracts and full texts will be peer reviewed by the International Scientific Committee.

e. Notification of acceptance: Acceptance letter can download by the submitting author via the system after the deadline.

PRESENTATIONS



a. Invited Lectures:

The presentation time for each invited speaker is 45 min.

b. Oral Communications:

The presentation time for each oral communication is 15 min. Presentations in English will be preferred first.

c. Short Oral Communications:

The presentation time for each short oral communications is 3 min. Short oral presenters are also required to prepare poster.

These presenters will receive an "oral presentation certificate".

d. Posters:

Material for fixing posters will be provided on-site.

Posters dimensions: 70 cm (width), 100 cm (length).
